Not from the angle of the agent who needs to close a sale, nor from that of the portal chasing traffic. From the editorial angle: honest analysis, verifiable data and local experience.
Why we exist
Because most sources on the Barcelona property market are designed to sell, not to inform. Agencies want to close deals. Portals optimise usage metrics. General media oversimplify.
What's missing is a serious editorial layer: someone who says plainly "this barri has room to grow", "this one is overpriced", "this renovation isn't worth it", "this product fits your profile". Without trying to sell you anything afterwards.
