The work of architect Antoni Rovira i Trias, who also designed the Sant Antoni market. Its distinctive flower garden on Carrer d'Aragó, unique in Barcelona for being open 24 hours, makes it a must for a romantic late-night visit. Renovated in 1998 while keeping its historic character.
The Mercat de la Concepció is central and accessible. Saturday morning is the busiest time in the Eixample.
