A Modernista work by Rovira i Trias with a cruciform plan and central dome. After a renovation that lasted 11 years (2007-2018), it recovered all its splendor and uncovered Roman remains beneath its floors, now open to visitors. Its Sunday fair of books, postcards, stamps and trading cards under the porticoes is one of the oldest and most beloved in Barcelona.
